We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and condition details. Many of our items are vintage, collectible, or pre owned and may show signs of age or handling.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. H&T Comics & Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped or marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Refunds

Video Games and Electronics

All video games, consoles, and electronic items are tested and confirmed functional prior to shipment or pickup. Compatibility with individual systems or user setups is not guaranteed.
