Return and Refund Policy

At H&T Comics & Collectables, we take care to accurately describe and inspect all items before they leave our store. Due to the nature of collectible merchandise, all sales are final.

All Sales Final

All items sold by H&T Comics & Collectables are considered final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Comic books

  • Collectibles and toys

  • Video games and consoles

  • Graded items

  • Vintage or pre owned merchandise

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer error, or personal preference.

Condition of Items

Many of our products are vintage or collectible and may show signs of age or handling. Product photos and descriptions are provided to reflect the condition of each item as accurately as possible. Customers are encouraged to review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Video Games and Electronics

All video games, consoles, and electronic items are tested and confirmed functional prior to shipment or pickup.

Because functionality can be affected by individual hardware, settings, or compatibility, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once these items have left our possession.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive:

  • An item that is significantly damaged in transit, or

  • An item that is materially different from what was ordered

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Issues

H&T Comics & Collectables is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Customs delays or fees on international shipments

Shipping insurance and tracking are strongly recommended where available.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
