Shipping Policy

H&T Comics & Collectables ships physical merchandise within Canada and to select international destinations. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during busy periods or for large or special orders.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and the selected shipping method.

We primarily ship using tracked shipping services. Shipping method availability may vary by destination.

Packaging

All items are packaged with care to protect collectible condition. Comics, games, and collectibles are securely packed using appropriate materials based on the item type.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. H&T Comics & Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing times may delay delivery and are outside of our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

H&T Comics & Collectables is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact us so we can assist with filing a carrier inquiry where applicable.

Shipping insurance and tracked services are strongly recommended.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available during regular store hours only.

Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected during posted business hours. Pickups outside of operating hours are not available.

If an order is not collected within a reasonable time frame, H&T Comics & Collectables reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any applicable fees.

Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification when picking up your purchase. Pickups are documented to ensure accurate order release.
